Hosted by celebrated stylist, Rocco, the event showcased the most creative and cutting-edge hair, beauty and lifestyle trends. As a tribute to the event’s 10th year, Rocco focused on the “DECADE” concept, celebrating the most important styles throughout history, creatively presented through fashion and beauty trends starting with the late 20s, and concluding with a futuristic projection of trends of the year 3000. Rosita Hurtado, Miguel Angel Masjuan, and Samy Gicherman were the designers of all of the catwalk designs.
The event’s activities kicked off in the morning with personalized experiences for a select group of editors, influencers, and members of the press. Guests were pampered by the Rocco Donna Salon & Agency team who brought hairstyles inspired by the decades concept to life in the Suave Professionals® Hair Lounge. Beautiful hairstyles were given a soft look using the Suave Professionals® Natural Infusion Moisturizing Light Oil Spray with Macadamia Oil which hydrated each style weightlessly. Guests were also treated to beauty, fashion and style tips.
Visitors had the opportunity to relax in the Vive Mejor® Beauty Lounge where they were treated to mini facials and manicures prior to their glam reinventions by makeup artists from the Rocco Donna Salon & Agency.
“It is always an honor and a pleasure to celebrate the Miami Hair, Beauty and Fashion event, especially this one where we celebrated a decade of beauty, fashion and lifestyle,” said Rocco. “I am so grateful to have the support of my friends, celebrities, the press, stylists, makeup artists, designers, producers–in short–all those who have made Miami Hair, Beauty and Fashion by Rocco Donna possible throughout the past 10 years.”
