Miami Symphony Orchestra closes season with an impressive ‘Brahms 4 All’ concert

The Miami Symphony Orchestra closed their 2012-2013 season on May 2, 2013 with an all-Brahms program at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts’ Knight Concert Hall in Miami.

For one final performance, the Miami Symphony Orchestra conducted by music director Eduardo Marturet, welcomed international pianist Philippe Entremont, featuring his expressive piano Concerto No. 1 in D minor, while Marturet masterfully manipulated the lyric and heroic elements behind his powerful Symphony No. 4 in E minor.

The night gathered influential people from Miami’s community and music supporters around the world.

The Miami Symphony Orchestra will celebrate its 25th Anniversary Season in 2013-2014.
