On October 18, 2025, Chiara Soldati, Cavaliere del Lavoro and President of the Committee on Social Aspects and Alcohol (CASA) for Federvini, represented Italy at the National Italian American Foundation’s (NIAF) 50th Anniversary Gala in Washington, D.C.

Held at the Washington Hilton, the prestigious event marked five decades of cultural, social, and economic exchange between Italy and the Italian-American community in the United States.

Ms. Soldati, CEO and fourth-generation owner of La Scolca, one of Piedmont’s most celebrated wineries, attended the gala as part of an Italian delegation promoted by Veronafiere and Vinitaly, reaffirming the strength of collaboration between leading Italian institutions dedicated to promoting Made in Italy excellence worldwide.

Honoring Italian Excellence in Washington, D.C.

The evening gathered distinguished figures from diplomacy, business, and the arts to honor the achievements of Italians and Italian-Americans across generations.

In a moment filled with pride and emotion, Chiara Soldati reflected on the power of cultural connection:
