What I see, speak, think, or feel, is not what you see, hear, think and see of me!

My husband always says that I live in a bubble and I am not aware of what is going on around me; yes, I admit, I live in my own world.I have surrounded myself with this imaginary place, which becomes a shield and where I feel safe. We artists need to surround ourselves with things, people, and places that allow us to create and do not disturb that feeling inside that permits us our full expression!

I can dream in colors and I can close my eyes and walk into Wonderland!
Or, I can just walk in any place and see ordinary people, all dressed up differently and I can adjust them like a puzzle until all pieces make sense.

I try with every new collection to give a piece of that place as far as you allow me to go and let me be!
Allow me to take you now: “Down the rabbit hole with Petit Pois by Viviana G Spring 2014 Wonderland Collection.”

In this collection I use all the characters and meaningless sense of things in colors, shapes, and graphics, mixing them in a way that allows me to step outside of that place but still see and feel the contact between the unreal and the real.
As if you did not want to let it go, like when you want to keep those happy thoughts and feelings inside you as long as you can.

But you don’t need to understand me; you only need to like it and maybe to try to see a little bit through my eyes, as I’m giving you a piece of my mind.

For my Wonderland photo shoot I worked with the Award Winning International Fashion photographer Antonio Martez, to be able to keep that simplicity but yet transport you to that special place. Collaborating with me as background painting stories resembling wonderland, Miami Artist Eleazar Delgado, and completing the vision for a venue, the Historical Building in Downtown Miami Design District “The McCormick Place,” thanks to Mr. Sean McCormick.

By my side were Fashion Stylists Anthony Tamburrino and Nicole Moya. Casting together for models Alea Wiles and Lauren Van Hoosear, from Next. To achieve our everyday simple soft look of Alice in Wonderland, hair & make up artist Marianne Shows was present.
Fashion is all about expression, it is about your voice and making you feel good and when you understand that, that is when you will see what I see.
