Stella McCartney Presents Disney Fantasia is the second collaboration between Stella McCartney and Disney, following the International Women’s Day and Disneyland Paris project where Stella designed Minnie’s first ever pant suit in March.
The Capsule Collection is an unexpected collaboration playfully blending fashion and fantasy, embodied in a unisex capsule of irreverent pieces – reflecting a desire to escape reality, transporting a new generation to an illusory world inspired by the classic Walt Disney Animation Studios film.

The British luxury house meets the House of Mouse, with shared values connected through ageless visuals referencing key segments from the avant-garde masterpiece. Aligned with Stella McCartney’s love of nature, among these stories are the evolution of life itself in Rite of Spring and the timeless Disney characters of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice – including Mickey Mouse.
Elevated fashion pieces reference Fantasia’s transcendental beauty and iconic characters – including Mickey Mouse hand motifs and rare posters from the 1940s on limited-edition repurposed old-stock silks from LVMH’s Nona Source. This cheeky fantasy continues in knitwear featuring Mickey and broomstick-man graphics riffing on the film’s The Sorcerer’s Apprentice segment, alongside blush satyr scenery from The Pastoral Symphony. Reinterpreting the film’s night skies and Summer 2022’s glitter, advanced bodycon knits sparkle with PVC-free sequins.
Bringing a conscience to the fashion industry, Stella McCartney presents Disney Fantasia is made with conscious materials including old-stock repurposed silk, organic cotton jersey and denim, recycled nylon and polyester and traceable, responsible wool from regenerative farms and traceable sources.
